Better Day Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Alison Day, and is dedicated to serving the people of Charlotte and the surrounding areas. One thing you can be sure about us is that we love helping others. From pregnant mommas to kids & hard-working men, we want to help you restore function through chiropractic care.
Dr. Alison Day
Dr. Alison was born in California and lived there until her teenage years when she moved to Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University in New Jersey. Dr. Alison has received a track scholarship from Monmouth where she was a four-year D1 athlete. It was then she decided that she wanted to take care of athletes since she received great support from her team chiropractor allowing her to be successful in her sport.
Dr. Alison attended Life University to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree graduating cum laude while simultaneously completing her Masters in Sports Chiropractic. While at Life University she worked with national championship athletes as one of the chiropractors for the athletics program.
Dr. Alison works closely with our pregnant mothers in Charlotte and helps women through their transition from conception to post-partum care. Additionally, she is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) where she received her Webster Certification. Dr. Alison is a BirthFit Professional, which aids women in finding confidence in the prenatal and post-partum time of their life. She found her passion for taking care of mothers while seeking care for her own pregnancy in Charlotte. Dr. Alison learned firsthand the challenges that new mothers face and has become an advocate to help others navigate through those experiences. She is now a proud momma of her first child, Thomas.
Dr. Alison not only cares for the mothers but has a deep desire to make sure that their children are well cared for. She specializes in pediatric chiropractic care and sees newborns on up. She will even attend the birth of a child to make sure their first day of life is successful.
